Learn to Weave on a Rigid Heddle Loom

Dates: January 22 - January 23

Cost per ticket: $285.00

About class

Want to learn a very simple, portable technique for creating plain weave projects? This class has been designed for you. The class will cover fundamental information including warp calculations and appropriate yarn choices, plus explore two different techniques for dressing the loom. Students will warp looms with an assortment of yarns provided by the weaving studio. Looms will be provided for instructional use, but those students who already have a rigid heddle loom are encouraged to bring it along in working order to get to know it better.
If you’re looking to buy a rigid heddle, then this class is for you because you can try out different models before buying! We’re an authorized dealer for Ashford, Glimakra, Kromski, Louet and Schacht.
If you’re bringing your own loom, please bring a 10 dent heddle.
All materials included with tuition.
