Come join us for our annual open house!!
Following several postponements, we are finally able to host our favorite get together this September! This year we’ll have demonstrations on the following;
Cotton Spinning, Rigid Heddle, Temari and God’s Eye, Knitting with Handspun Yarn, Triangle Loom Weaving, Fiber Blending with wool combs, drum carders and blending boards, Free Weaving, Overshot Weaving and Raising Sheep.
We’re also excited to announce that this year in celebration being able to be together once again we will be hosting a professional bagpiper. Performances will be every hour throughout the Glen.
Reminder that this is an outdoor event so plan accordingly. We will be providing light refreshments and snack, but please pack a picnic is you would like to stay for the day.
All classes run 9am - 5pm unless otherwise indicated in the description above.
