Color Theory for Spinners

About class

We have all received some level of color theory throughout our life even on the most elementary level such as red + yellow = orange. However for our now adult, more real-life applications such as spinning color theory in practice it becomes more of a challenge. Join Sara on this two day exploration of color relashionships through the creation of a “spinner’s gamp”. Students will observe how colors change, shift and even disapear during both the carding and plying process. Be prepared to have the veil lifted, no longer surprised, guessing, or regretting what your finished skeins look like. All materials are included with your tuition. Student are encouraged to bring their own wheel, bobbins and lazy kate. If you are unable to do so equipment will be provided for your use during class time.
